Dan Mena Joins Joe Perkins for Circuit Judge Campaign Committee!

We are excited and honored to announce that Daniel O. Mena has joined the Joe Perkins for Circuit Judge Campaign Committee! Dan is a 1992 graduate of Florida International University and a 1995 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He is a founding partner of Avila Rodriguez Hernandez Mena & Ferri, LLP, where he represents domestic and foreign clients in all aspects of business and commercial disputes, with an emphasis on corporate, cross-border, real estate disputes. He regularly represents companies and investors in Florida state courts, federal courts in several states, and arbitration panels, acts as outside general counsel for clients, and leads corporate investigations. Dan has been lead counsel in jury trials, bench trials and final arbitration hearings, including many matters involving foreign law and involving breach of contract, real estate, fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, unlawful interference, civil theft, unfair & deceptive trade practices, injunctions, receiverships and the enforcement of judgments and awards.
