Maribel Balbin Endorses Joe Perkins for Circuit Judge

We are excited and honored to announce that Maribel Balbin has endorsed Joe Perkins for Circuit Judge! Maribel has devoted her energy to help achieve parity for women in elected and appointed office. A tireless advocate for voter’s rights and fair elections, she has committed years of service to the League of Women Voters at the local, state, and national levels. Maribel has received multiple awards and recognition for her advocacy and volunteer work, including being awarded the Trailblazer Award by the City of Miami Commission on the Status of Women for Outstanding Support, Dedication and Commitment to Women’s Issues.

A frequent guest on Spanish television and radio political programs. Maribel came to the US at age 14 as a Cuban refugee. She is a certified project manager and entrepreneur with a BA and Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Florida International University. She currently serves as the President of Public Affairs Concepts, which provides expert consulting services in multiple areas.
