Eric is the founder of EPGD Business Law, head of the firm’s corporate and tax practice, and manages the firm’s Washington D.C. office. His experience includes business transactions, tax controversies, estate & trust planning, and business litigation.

Oscar is the Managing Partner of EPGD Business Law and focuses his practice on all aspects of business law with a heavy focus on business litigation. His cases include business disputes, partnership disputes, real estate matters, and employment matters, among other topics.
