Jennifer Olmedo-Rodriguez of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC Joins Joe Perkins for Circuit Judge Campaign Committee!

We are excited to announce that Jennifer Olmedo-Rodriguez, managing shareholder of Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney's Miami office, has joined the Committee to Elect Joe Perkins for Circuit Judge!  Jennifer focuses her practice on commercial litigation, class action defense litigation and civil appellate litigation.  

Jennifer has litigated a variety of commercial litigation disputes involving banking, UCC issues and construction-defect matters, as well as a variety of contractual disputes, including partnership disputes, non-compete agreements, employment agreements, franchising disputes, and real property disputes in State and federal courts, including commercial and land-lord tenant disputes. She also has experience litigating claims arising under the Florida Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act and defending class actions, including claims brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Jennifer also handles all aspects of civil appeals and appellate proceedings in a wide variety of matters, including real property disputes, commercial contractual matters and business torts.

Jennifer is also very active in our community.   She has served as a fellow with The Florida Bar Foundation and is the Founding Member and former Executive Board Member and Communications Chair for Young Philanthropists for Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center, among other community involvement.
