Barry Turner Joins Committee to Elect Joe Perkins for Circuit Judge!

We are proud to announce that Barry Turner of Jones Walker has joined the Committee to Elect Joe Perkins for Circuit Judge!  Barry is special counsel in Jones Walker's Business and Commercial Litigation Practice Group.  He has experience litigating all aspects of bankruptcy cases as well as prosecuting and defending proceedings brought in State, federal, and bankruptcy court for causes of action including residential and commercial foreclosure, fraudulent transfer, preferential transfer, post-petition transfers, breach of contract, assignments for the benefit of creditors, Florida Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act, Lanham Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, valuation, breach of fiduciary duty, negligence, insurance malpractice, and attorney malpractice.  It is an honor to have Barry on the team!
